The M3 uses a true 2.2 m / 30 mm Olympic Smith bar — full Olympic length, not a shortened replica — with a knurled grip and a 10-position quick rack plate system. Combined with the 560 mm extended safety arms (650 lb static), the system provides two layers of fail-safe between the lifter and the floor — built for solo benching past usual rep ranges and for users training around past injuries.

Good quality dog ball for playing fetch

My dog and family love these chuck it balls to play fetch with our dog. They are durable and fun. They squeak which is added fun for any dog! Regular tennis balls my dog chews apart and they get pretty gross after playing and being left outside. These can be easily washed off and cleaned. These balls last! Would recommend to anyone with a dog and would purchase again.

Lil boy's favorite ball
